Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails.

Your visit to the website of ia.hs-mainz.de is logged. When you visit our website, data may be stored on your computer, so-called "cookies", which make it easier for you to use our website. However, you have the option of deactivating this function within your web browser; this may lead to restrictions in the usability of our pages.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data transmitted to us, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, will only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. We will not pass on your data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given us your prior consent. All personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as we are legally obliged to store it.

INTEGRATION OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
Within our online offer, we use content or service offers of third parties on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) to integrate content or services offered by third-party providers, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "content").
